    We respect the privacy of the visitors to the WINDBASE bv website and we ensure that the personal information you have provided to us is handled confidentially. Within the context of the performance of an assignment, we may also obtain your personal data in other ways such as from third parties, from (public) registers or from public sources and websites. We store your personal data no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we collected and recorded them. We comply with any statutory retention period that may apply.

     

    Visiting details on the website

     

    The general visiting details concerning our website are recorded. It may be the case in this connection that certain data are registered and used for statistical analysis of visiting and click behaviour on the website. It may concern the following data: the IP address of the device you use to visit our website, the times of the visits to the website and the data sent by the browser you use as a visitor. These data are also used to optimise our website. We attempt to render the data we receive from you as anonymous as possible. Your data are not shared with third parties.

     

    Job applications and recruitment

     

    We ask you to provide your personal data in order to be able to handle your job application or your registration for one of our recruitment activities. We store the data you share with us by e-mail, the application form at www.windbase.eu and during (telephone) conversations for at most four weeks after the application procedure has ended. If we would like to contact you again in the future in connection with a vacancy, we will ask for your approval to store your personal data for a longer period. This period will be at most one year. The data are removed after this one-year period.

    We use cookies on our website.
